You will need to use Windows Media Encoder to encode and broadcast your stream.

Permanent Internet Connection: May include Cable, ADSL, ISDN, or T-1. A public (external) routable IP address. A static IP address is preferred but is not required.
If your streaming computer is on an internal network with other computers you will need to assign an external IP address to point to the internal IP address of the streaming computer. This information would be configured through your router. (The username and password of the router needs to be available upon configuration)
